In addition to tending to the health and safety of our relatives and loved ones, the lawyers and staff at Aaron Waxman and Associates are monitoring the latest news and health recommendations about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and taking appropriate steps to make sure that our clients’ concerns continue to move forward despite the range of challenges we all face together.
These are uncertain times as each new day brings new information and new changes to the way we live and do business. If you are wondering what will happen with your current claims, or how we might be able to help you with new matters, rest assured that everyone at the firm is working together to make sure that we can continue to advance claims and keep lines of communication open. We have made plans to keep staff working remotely, if and when required, and will continue to answer the phone when you call and respond to emails in a timely manner.
On behalf of myself and the entire staff at Aaron Waxman and Associates, I want to assure you that every effort will be made to keep your case moving with as little interruption or delay as possible.
We are exploring new ways to conduct free initial consultations and to meet with new and existing clients through video conferencing. Where in person meetings are difficult, we will provide alternative ways to review and sign documents. Working alongside our colleagues in the private sector and the government, we will all strive to innovate ways to conduct proceedings and settle files.
While we continue to work to settle your cases, we urge you to continue to stay up to date with the various health guidelines put forward by the Federal, Provincial and local governments to protect our health. I have personally seen how resilient we can be in times of trouble and am confident we can meet the current challenges facing us all.
I wish each of you good health and the very best of luck.

Since the start of the pandemic, our office has not closed and Aaron has been in the office most days. Our staff and lawyers are working remotely and are connected to the office virtually.
We continue to operate during our regular business hours and are available to speak with our clients and can be contacted by phone and e-mail.
