About Ujjwal...

Ujjwal is a dual-licensed lawyer in both Ontario and India. Before articling with Aaron Waxman & Associates, he gained over three years of experience in civil litigation in India, representing clients in a variety of legal disputes.

Ujjwal obtained his LL.B. from Panjab University before graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2024 with an LL.M. He was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2025.

During his articling term, Ujjwal worked on cases involving employment law, motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall claims, and other personal injury matters. He understands that practicing law is a privilege—one that carries the responsibility of advocating fearlessly for his clients. He is committed to ensuring his clients' rights are protected and that they receive the justice they deserve.

In his free time, Ujjwal likes completing hikes and trails, and enjoys playing video games and reading novels.
